TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment terms. Payment is due at the time of service or otherwise noted on invoice. If invoice is not received in full by specified due date a late fee of $25.00 per month plus interest will accrue on the sum at the rate of 1 ½ % per month or fraction month of total bill until invoice is paid in full. The customer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees, collection costs and court fees associated with collections of unpaid invoices.

Please reach out if your payment is going to be late, we will try to work with you. Your prompt attention to the payment date is very important for our business to continue to provide our clients with exceptional service. We appreciate your business and understand circumstances may arise. 

Returned checks. Returned checks will be subject to a collection fee of $25. Additionally, pursuant to state law, if dishonored check has not been paid within 30 days after notice additional charges will incur.

Deposits. Deposits will be required for materials and parts once a job quote is approved and the parts are ordered. All special orders require a deposit of a minimum of (but not limited to) 50% down.

Warranty. Parts purchased and installed by Bishop Mechanical Services LLC may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. The customer understands that the manufacturer is responsible for honoring any such warranty and BMS LLC Is not responsible for honoring any manufacturer’s warranty. BMS LLC offers a 30-day service warranty on work done but must specify that other issues may arise that are not associated with prior services rendered, and these additional issues are not covered and will be subject to additional charges.

Estimates. The customer understands that estimates do not include any additional repairs or parts needed, that are not listed in the estimate. The customer also understands the estimates are subject to change due to market value and price change or additions supplies needed.
